Fleet maintenance reporting system operated by Residential Fences Corp.. Last updated September 2026.
This system is provided by Residential Fences Corp. for reporting and tracking maintenance on vehicles and equipment owned by Residential Fences Corp. and its affiliated companies. By using it you agree to the following.
- Use it only to report genuine conditions on company equipment. False or nuisance reports may result in your access being restricted.
- Enter your real name and a mobile number you control. Reports are attributed to the person who submitted them.
- Photos you submit become part of the equipment's maintenance record.
- Marking a unit Down or Safety alerts shop staff immediately. Use those only when the unit cannot operate or is unsafe to operate.
- Text messages are optional. If you tick “Text me when this repair is done”, you consent to receive texts from Residential Fences Corp. about the repairs you reported, as described in the Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
- The system is provided as-is for internal use. It does not replace your obligation to follow company safety procedures and pre-trip inspections, or to stop operating unsafe equipment.
